BridgeField Group’s CEO and co-founder, Dominica McGinnis, coaches professionals, owners, leaders, and their teams to drive business development and growth, culture transformation, and leadership success. Dominica has worked with numerous industries and with some of the most influential clients from organizations such as USAA, the City of Austin, Pfizer, the Center for Women in Law, Edlio, and Baker McKenzie. She is also a recognized pioneer of law firm diversity coaching. As a former Officer in the United States Army, Dominica honed her leadership, management, and organizational development skills. Throughout the 21st century she has coached and been a trusted advisor nationally and internationally, to executives, owners, and professionals in organizations of every size and at every stage of their career.

Master coach, licensed attorney, and founder of the BridgeField Group, Chris Kirby has spent over 20 years coaching and training licensed professionals, owners, and leaders to develop the personal and professional relationship skills, strategies, and systems needed to grow their practice, leadership abilities, firm culture, and build inclusive high-performance teams.
